About the EPT20-15ET Electric Pallet Truck
The EPT20-15ET is a ride-on electric pallet truck designed for efficient pallet movement across flat warehouse and factory floors. With a 1,500 kg load capacity and a compact 700 mm overall width, it fits comfortably in standard aisle widths, making it well suited to busy distribution centres, cold stores, and light manufacturing facilities throughout the Geelong region. The tiller-arm design allows the operator to stand on the integrated platform, reducing fatigue during long shifts or high-cycle operations.
This machine is purpose-built for horizontal transport rather than stacking — the 200 mm lift height raises pallets clear of the floor for travel but is not intended for racking applications. Typical hire customers include food and beverage manufacturers, logistics providers, and wholesale distributors who need to move high volumes of palletised goods quickly and without the emissions of an LPG or diesel unit. The lead-acid battery system is straightforward to maintain and recharge overnight, making the machine ready for a full shift the following day.
Operationally, the EPT20-15ET runs on polyurethane tyres, which are suitable for sealed concrete floors and smooth industrial surfaces. It is not designed for outdoor use on rough or uneven ground. A basic forklift licence (LF class) is required to operate this machine in a workplace, and operators should conduct a pre-start inspection each shift in line with standard safe work practices.
