About the EP Equipment JX1
The EP Equipment JX1 is a medium-level order picker designed for high-volume warehouse and distribution environments. With a 500kg load capacity, a platform height of 4.8m, and a picking height of 6.3m, it covers the full range of mid-level racking work — from retail distribution and e-commerce fulfilment to cold storage and general warehousing.
The JX1's compact 800mm chassis and 1,385mm turning radius make it well suited to narrow aisle layouts where larger machines can't operate effectively.
Key Features
The JX1 is built around operator comfort and safety. The elevated platform provides excellent visibility of the rack face, and electronic steering with electromagnetic braking makes precise positioning straightforward even in tight aisles. A low entry step and ergonomic controls reduce operator fatigue across long shifts.
Battery options include a 24V/224Ah maintenance-free AGM unit as standard, with larger lead-acid packs available for extended multi-shift operations. The single-phase onboard charger means the machine can charge from a standard outlet without specialist charging infrastructure.
