Safety Features
The XF25 LPG is built around a low centre-of-gravity chassis design with a backward-tilting counterweight and an optimised triplex mast profile that keeps forward sightlines clear even when loads are elevated. The OPS (Operator Presence Sensing) system is standard — if the operator leaves the seat without applying the parking brake, drive and hydraulics are interrupted automatically.
The wet brake drive axle uses enclosed braking surfaces with custom high-strength bolts and wheel-side planetary reducers. Enclosed braking means consistent performance in dusty and wet conditions, far less maintenance than drum systems, and a service life well beyond 10 years under normal use.
All key electrical connectors are fully waterproofed, and the cast open steering axle increases the maximum internal turning angle to 82° — giving the machine better manoeuvrability in narrow aisles than older steering axle designs.
Hydraulics & Control System
The XF25 uses a high-pressure hydraulic system with load-sensing, steering-priority multiway valves to improve system efficiency across all operating conditions. The Shimadzu gear pump delivers low noise and reliable output throughout the hire period. All joints use 24° conic seals, and every high-pressure pipe joint includes a pressure measuring port for easier diagnostics and maintenance.
The fingertip control operating system is optional on this series and is available on request. Standard configuration uses conventional lever controls with a full-colour interactive instrument panel that displays real-time operating data, fault codes, and machine status.
Operator Comfort
Three-stage vibration reduction is built into the cab structure: the gearbox, overhead guard, and seat are all independently fully suspended. Sound-absorbing material is fitted to key structural surfaces to reduce cab noise on long shifts. The overhead guard is an integrated fully suspended unit — a full enclosed cabin is available as an option for cold-store or outdoor operation in harsh weather.
The ergonomic cab layout provides ample legroom with an enlarged cab space and adjustable steering column. The optional new-generation fingertip operating system relocates all hydraulic controls to the armrest for a more natural operating position.
