40ft LGMG S1012Ⅱ Scissor Lift

The LGMG S1012II is a 40 ft electric scissor lift delivering a working height of 12 m (39 ft) and a platform height of 10 m (32 ft), with a rated platform capacity of 320 kg. As the second-generation version of LGMG's S1012, it is designed for indoor and sheltered industrial applications where zero emissions, quiet operation, and solid non-marking tyres are required. The compact footprint — 2.49 m long by 1.18 m wide — allows it to navigate narrow warehouse aisles and pass through standard doorways without disassembly.

The S1012II stands out from earlier-generation 40 ft electric scissors through its full-height drive capability, allowing operators to reposition the machine at any elevation rather than having to lower before travelling. A 0.9 m sliding extension deck adds 120 kg of additional capacity when extra reach is needed without repositioning the machine. The 25% gradeability rating gives it good handling on loading docks and gradual ramps common in commercial construction and warehousing environments, while the available lithium battery option (24V 230 Ah) significantly reduces charge times and maintenance compared to the standard FLA configuration.

In the Geelong region, this machine is regularly used for fit-out work in commercial buildings, installation of services in warehouses and distribution centres, and maintenance tasks in facilities where internal combustion engines are not permitted.
